SightVault Mission

SightVault will be a decentralized platform for independent film and video storytelling. In contrast to traditional video streaming platforms such as TikTok or YouTube, it directs the majority of the revenue to artists and allows users and fans to directly participate in the ecosystem. It's governed by the community.

STEP1

SightVault supports independent film festivals and builds community of video-art creators & fans. By listing all video content on blockchain as NFTs we secure the ownership, revenues and provide holders with utilities like tickets, workshops, and more. Once we have enough quality content and feedback from creators and fans, we move to Step 2.

STEP2

SightVault launches a decentralized video streaming platform app where anyone can enjoy quality video content, create his or her own content or take part as a collector.

What is SightVault?

SightVault will be a decentralized video streaming platform for independent film, video art, and art-focused video content.

Decentralized means that there will be no institution to take away your earnings or limit your rights. Video artists can share and sell their content without giving up control. Everything is run, governed, and owned by the community of content creators and viewers.

Since we are not at that stage yet, we are now gathering the community and building up the content through cooperation with selected artists and film festivals whose content we store, present to the community, and offer to fans for purchase. All is safely and permanently stored on the blockchain.

How can I use it now as a video enthusiast?

Starting in October 2023, we will begin listing content from MINA 2022 finalists and other established artists that will be available for you to enjoy and own. By purchasing the art, you not only support the artist but you also buy your way into the growing community. After the launch of the video streaming platform, you become the co-owner of the video you purchased.

Later in October, you will be able to find trailers for videos accepted into the MINA 2023 film festival on our MINAVault page. You can buy them, but no one can see them before the festival judges! They will be premiered on November 24, 2023, so mark the date in your calendar!

How can I list my video?

How can I use SightVault services as a film festival organizer?

We turn films accepted to your film festival into ownable art, creating an exciting benefit for your community.

You will enable visitors not only to watch but also to own the films they enjoyed and so easily support and connect with their creators. You will give filmmakers a tool for bootstrapping their fan base and generating income for their future creations. We will also provide a streaming platform to help you conveniently reach your online audience.

When and where can I buy SightVault videos?

Each video becomes available for purchase at a different time. You can find all of our films in our Gallery and easily learn about their availability from the note next to the Buy button.

SightVault Content & Community

In cooperation with selected film festivals we are in process of building the community and ecosystem of festivals, creators and video lovers. In this phase we focus on gathering quality content that will allow us to later launch SightVault video streaming platform “ready to go”.

For each festival we provide a digital platform that allows all curated content to be secured on blockchain (minted) and presented to public on a festival dedicated website. To our closer community we offer the chance to support the creators & festivals and become the co-owners of their work.

Decentralized Streaming Platform

After we gain enough community traction and content (late 2024), we launch a decentralized video streaming platform for the video & film lovers across the globe. SightVault is a decentralized video streaming platform where artists and film festivals can upload their content while keeping content ownership and revenues.
